Today in theĀ #CocinaGetUP šŸ§‘ā€šŸ³Ā We show you a delicious and very healthy dish. This dish is ideal if you want to lose weight and avoid flour in your diet. Prepare it and tell us how it turned out:

Ingredients šŸ“‘ā 

- 5 Eggs⁠

- 2.5 Ounces of cream cheese⁠

- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning⁠

-⁠ Filling:⁠ 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese⁠ 37 grams of shredded Italian blend cheese,⁠ 1 ounce of Parmesan,⁠ 1 large egg,⁠ 1/3 cup pizza sauce⁠ season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, meat of your choice and Italian seasoning⁠

⁠ Instructions šŸ”Ŗā 

- Prepare the egg pasta and cut it into pieces when you're ready to bake, fill and stack. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. With the cottage cheese filling, pour the pizza sauce over the top and a little more Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes and then broil for two minutes on high.
