- 5 Eggsā
- 2.5 Ounces of cream cheeseā
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoningā
-ā Filling:ā 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheeseā 37 grams of shredded Italian blend cheese,ā 1 ounce of Parmesan,ā 1 large egg,ā 1/3 cup pizza sauceā season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, meat of your choice and Italian seasoningā

- Prepare the egg pasta and cut it into pieces when you're ready to bake, fill and stack. Bake at 350Ā° for 20 to 25 minutes. With the cottage cheese filling, pour the pizza sauce over the top and a little more Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375Ā° for 25 minutes and then broil for two minutes on high.
