We detail our Delivery Policies
If we do not reach your district, write to us at WhatsApp Online Chat 📲
We make deliveries from Monday to Friday (except holidays), you can choose one of these shifts: from 6am to 9am and from 9am to 12pm.
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, if you need it to be done within a certain time range, please let us know and we will do our best to help you.
Delivery times vary daily, depending on factors beyond our control such as traffic, rain, social protests, delays from other customers, etc.
Once the driver has arrived at your home or office, he will follow the instructions you gave us, which may include: Call me when you arrive; Ring the bell or Leave it at reception.
If the driver is unable to deliver your order after 10 minutes of arriving at your address, he will proceed to leave.
Before leaving, he will send you a text message indicating the time he arrived and how long he was waiting.
If you were not able to receive your order, you can contact the Customer Service area to coordinate a reshipment.
To ensure you receive your food in the shortest possible time, we suggest you pick it up using apps like Uber or Rappi.
We will be happy to provide you with the address of our plant and deliver it to the delivery person assigned to you.
Free Delivery in 100% of these districts: 📍 San Isidro, Miraflores, Barranco, Surquillo, San Borja, San Miguel, Magdalena, Pueblo Libre, Jesus Maria, Breña and Lince.
Some neighborhoods in these districts have a surcharge: 📍 Surco, La Molina, Ate, Cercado, San Luis and La Victoria.
We arrive with an extra charge to these districts 🛵💨: 📍 Chorrillos, Santa Anita, Independencia, SMP, Los Olivos and Callao.
