Keto Chia Ice Cream

Today in the #GetUPKitchen 🧑‍🍳 we show you a snack that is ideal if you want to lose weight and is also #ketofriendly. Prepare it and tell us how it turned out:

If you don't care too much about calories, you can also add other toppings or decorations. Pistachios would be great!

Here is the preparation:

Let's start with a large bowl. Add 1 pint of raspberries, strawberries or blueberries, 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of powdered sweetener or stevia and the zest of one lemon.

Place the red fruits in the yogurt and mix everything well.

Take a parchment paper and add about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture. Spread it relatively well. Place one, two, or three raspberries on top of the yogurt.

Place it in the freezer to harden, approximately 2 to 3 hours, depending on the size of your clusters.

Take them out of the freezer and dip them in melted unsweetened chocolate. To make them, simply melt 1 cup of your favorite chocolate chips (I used no sugar added chocolate chips) in the microwave in 2 25-second increments. You can add a tablespoon or two of coconut oil to make it more liquid, but that's optional. Take the clusters, dip them with a fork, and shake off any excess chocolate. Place them on a plate.

Let the chocolate and yogurt clusters sit on the counter for about 5-10 minutes.
