Ingredients 📑

(recipe for 4 dishes)

• ✔️ 1 pumpkin
• ✔️ 2 white onions
• ✔️ 1 head of garlic
• ✔️ Half a kilo of lentils

Preparation 🔪

1. For the Dressing

   • ✅ Cut the onions into quarters
   • ✅ Cut the pumpkin into pieces without the skin or seeds

2. For the Lentils

   • ✅ Place a pot with water and let it boil
   • ✅ Add the previously washed lentils
