INGREDIENTS π β
(recipe for 2 servings)
- βοΈ 1 Greek yogurt
- βοΈ 20g chia seeds
- βοΈ 1/2 tsp calorie-free sweetener
- βοΈ 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- βοΈ 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- βοΈ 30g of strawberries and 30g of blueberries
- βοΈ 5g of sunflower and pumpkin seeds
- βοΈ 10g of almonds and walnuts
- βοΈ 1/2 tsp grated coconut
PREPARATION πͺβ

Before Cooking
- β Mix the yogurt, chia, sweetener, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl
- β Stir until the entire mixture is integrated
- β Serve on a plate and decorate with the fruits
- β Add the chopped strawberries, seeds and nuts
- β Add coconut or toppings of your choice
