What time will I receive my order?
He will arrive within the requested time range (6am to 9am or 9am to 12pm). When the driver arrives, he will leave the order according to the instructions you gave us. He will be at the address at the same time every day.
Can I suspend my deliveries?
You can freeze or change the delivery address until 3pm the day before through www.migetup.com
What meals will I receive?
Every Sunday we publish the weekly letter of each Plan. You can check it at www.migetup.com
What do I do if I don't like some of the ingredients?
You can register up to 4 preferences. If you need more, we can quote you a more personalized plan with the foods you consume.
What time should I eat my meals?
It will depend on your routine. We recommend having breakfast one hour after waking up or between 7am and 8am. You can have lunch 4 hours later, between 12pm and 2pm. Eat dinner 3 hours before bedtime, from 6pm to 8pm. You can have late snacks with your lunch.
What if I don't like the food?
If you don't like the food, you can upgrade to any of our plans (some plans may have an extra cost). If you are not satisfied with the portion, we can vary it according to your nutritional needs. And if for some reason you cannot continue with the service, we suggest you transfer your membership to a friend or freeze your plan for up to 2 months. You can request a refund for unused days within the first 3 days of making your purchase, we will deduct 20% for administrative costs. For more information, check our Delivery and Returns section.
