Introducing Randy Rincón, our new eCommerce Manager, who will drive our healthy food store
What is your vision for the eCommerce team?
Our vision is that through campaigns, optimization of our website and networks, among others, we gain greater digital presence and can be present in the main cities of Peru, giving our clients, in addition to healthy and top-quality food, more benefits and products that will soon be available on our e-commerce and social media platforms.
What strategies do you plan to implement to improve customer experience on our website?
We have created response automations with Lechugio🦉, getUP's virtual assistant, on all our social networks, providing relevant information to our clients and future clients. In addition, we will use weekly email newsletters with information and promotions for our clients, including everything from diets, podcasts, discount coupons, to information about the expiration of their plan and ways to renew it.
What are your plans to drive innovation in the eCommerce department?
Evolution and constant learning are my mantra when we talk about the digital universe. We must delve into technological innovation, accompanying our clients and staying at the forefront together, since technological change does not stop and we are aware of this, so from getUP! We will seek to continue being leaders as we have been characterized in the more than 10 years that we have been delivering quality food to your homes and offices.
What opportunities do you see to expand our presence on new platforms?
We will have a greater international presence in the coming months and our clients will witness the growth and innovation.
In the context of a healthy food company, how will you promote sustainability and environmental commitment in your eCommerce operations, from packaging to delivery practices?
Sustainability is guaranteed and so is our commitment to the environment, not only from the digital area, but also in the packaging of our meals that are eco-friendly and we are constantly innovating to make our company more friendly to the earth, through circular economy practices ♻️🌎
Thanks to our efforts, we are making it possible for more Peruvian households to have high-quality, healthy food in their homes and offices.
